He's talking about Tierney Ed047. Orstein has posted on the BBC saying that our 15m offer was rejected and that we're optimistic that a deal can be done.

The fact Ormstein is reporting it at least means we are genuinely in talks about signing the player which is a huge step up from most of the nonsense stories.
