I thought I'll put a new post where to those who want Arteta to stay because the other post replies is lengthy. My question is, if we continue not winning trophies but continue challenging, at what stage would you want a manager change? Next season, 2 seasons, 3 etc.?

Well I want Arteta to stay, if he gets the right team I think we can get across the line. So for voting purposes as there isn't such a thing on here, like Dags post if you want Arteta out and mine if you want him in. Unless the mods can get a vote system set up :)

He should certainly be given next season, with hopefully a striker in place.
I think there’s little doubt he’s earned that from the transformation we’ve seen under his leadership.
Nothing next season though and we defo need to move on.
