I am really sad to hear this happened, and I really hope somehow to turns out as Ed suggests might be possible it that wasn't really Raver at all. Seems strange after all these years of posting.

I’m waiting for ed33 to get back to me but can’t think it won’t have been him and good riddance if it was.

I obviously didn't see any of it but by all accounts unless there is some fail play found he obviously needs join the Dodo.

I just can’t see it being a hacked account or another user etc mate.
The spuds page has had some pretty horrible posters on it, they guy who came on our live chat and another one called Ellis Dee, just don’t need people like that.

No I don't expect Raver to be exonerated by your looking into it either as it seems very unlikely to be a case of hacking., it's just such a shame when someone you have considered to be nothing more than a harmless fantasist for so long turns out to be someone much more sinister and unpleasant.
Unless a completely unlikely hack is discovered I wouldn't want to interact with him again that's for sure.

I can never get my head around it and there’s no way I’m tolerating it on our page or any of the pages for that matter.

You have to question what is happening in people's minds and how on earth it got in there in the first place mate, it's so irrational.
I always considered Raver to be a harmless alta ego, but obviously i was wrong.

Hi lads it's the Raver, last night I left myself down and the banter sites which I've been a member for years, I'm not going to deny it was me as I was watching the game out and was spiked with ketamine which made me a different person, I've never been racist in my life up until last night and it's simply not my behaviour, I'm sorry to anyone offended and will serve my lifetime ban and will miss posting on these sites take care lads.

If he was 16 I'd be more inclined to accept his reasons and ask for leniency but to be fair he's 60 and as much as I accept his explanation it doesn't make his behaviour acceptable.
Sorry but at 60 you've got to take responsibility for your choices and the results of our choices. I liked Raver and hope he gets helps to control the things he so obviously prevent him from being able to control himself.

861 does not have a great memory! I now have this impression he sits at a big desk with a big book and each poster has a page where salient facts are written down for future reference! Can rip out one page at least and another he keeps ripping out and sellotaping back in continually ? . For future reference my best joke was judged by ed025 to be Wolves standard and they were in the championship at the time - not that I’m bitter about it but I don’t like Wolves anymore ?? COYG.
