The team is so slow. We're 2-1 down and he brings willian on when we have pepe laca and martinelli on the bench? And don't even get me started on bellerin starting every game when he's awful.

Completely agree Olber. I’m not Arteta out but his selections and subs are certainly questionable.
ESR is wasted out wide too, his drifting and off the ball play is one of his best attributes, play him to his strengths at least.
