What is also bonkers is you can get a straight red for a two footed tackle, thigh high and serve the same suspension as DL will, yes a red is a red BUT a tier system would be better, IMO DL should get a one game ban, it’s crazy.

A couple of points to clarify,
1 I don’t dislike Luiz, I think he gives everything it’s just his decision making that let's him down I actually think he would make a cracking CDM or sweeper just scares the life out of me in a CB pairing
2 I totally agree it was way too soft for a straight red but rules are rules, he is guilty of being clumsy, however if his decision making was sharper he would have wiped him out but at least made an attempt for the ball
3 the appeal has been dismissed by the FA.

Ha Ha 373 was only joshing! I think all our centre backs are decent 7 or 8 out of 10 . None are top drawer ie Van Dijk but I think he is on his own in this league but that`s what £80 mill ish gets you unless you are Maguire!
Ours cost a fraction of Van Dijk and that includes Gabriel Holding Mari and Luiz. If the two CB`s play 7 or 8 out of ten each week ( which they have ) we can`t moan too much as they are not £80 mill players, and they will make mistakes.
If we`d paid £80 mill for each of our defenders heads would roll. We have to be realistic at the moment and I reckon we get pretty good bang for our buck at CB`s.

From what I`ve seen so far definitely worth the 60 mill and way better than Maguire . Not a fan of the NFL Ed047? Does seem it`s only City and Pool who spend big on decent CB`s but then they have won the last 3 titles. Then again who`d have thought Huth and Morgan would have been Champions COYG.

I like all our current CB’s even if Luiz does give me a few nightmares!
