The expectations at Chelsea are very high and patience with those who don't deliver very low.
Thats the deal all Chelsea managers accept the job on and Frank surely knew that better than anyone, in his time as a player at the club he saw plenty of managers achieve more than he has and still be sacked, Sari Conte Ancheloti to name but a few.
Frank can have no complaints.
