Get rid of PEA

He's not good enough

He's holding us back.

That’s the problem we have Malaga and it’s a repeated one due contract situations. Pea has just renewed his and Laca’s expires in 2022. What happen if he continues scoring? It could also mean Balogun being convinced his chances will forever be limited.

With Martinelli being back it makes sense for Saka to play right and he has produced there in the last two. What happen to Pepe and Willian with both in long enough contracts? Reiss would have to be sold, anyway he can’t cross the ball he hits it has if it’s too heavy for him.

I accept Ozil will leave in the summer if not next month but to compare his situation with Pea he can find a pass to make any player score. While Pea’s goals don’t really make us better in the league. He rarely scores a brace and never a hat trick in the EPL.

So I spare a thought for the manager has he have to with these situations.

I wouldn’t say he’s not good enough, class is permanent!
He’s useless as a captain and cannot be bothered any more, by the body language tonight I can see he doesn’t like the younger players and they don’t like him too much either

I say sell him whilst he has some value.

The problem is exactly the same as the one we created with Mesut 733 who else would match the wage we pay Pea? Those who could afford wouldn't want him and those who would take him can't afford him.
He will run down his way over the top contract and no doubt end up banished from premier league and European squads.
Last summer was our chance to cash in, in football as in all business you need to be wise before not after the event if you want to be successful.

Yes we are disappointed with Pea, but what would all have said have we sold him last year when he carried us for 2 seasons, same with ozil we all wanted him to renew his contract. I think this is all nonsense from the fans as we can't make our mind up on what we want.
The whole team hit rock bottom and we keep blaming Pea for not scoring when he had zero service.
As Yard said what if laca start scoring game after game and become our saviour this season then what do want the club to do?
Pea is our captain, he might not that great at it, but that's down to his manager to guide him and instruct him.
If you watch him closely, how many times he keep making runs and our midfield player decides to pass backwards?
When confident is low it's very easy to lose faith in your ability.
Also they might be sore and disappointed from the club treatment of ozil, maybe its the right decision maybe not from the club but some players might feel a little in secure and disappointed.

Yeah but hold that thought because everyone one of us wanted him to sign the new deal 62. We can’t complain now he has it, we just need to get him back firing. The thing is we look so much better with Laca on the pitch because he is more than a goal scorer, iv always said i'd play Laca over Aubameyang, for that reason. I think its time to pair the two.
Leno
Bellerin (replace) holding (replace) Gabriel Tierney
Partey And a box to box/ play maker
Saka (RW) Martinelli (LW)
auba Laca
4-2-2-2.

There’s a big difference, this guy really can’t be bothered right now and he has plenty of service tonight! Plus he has to be the worst player on the pitch to be captain he has zero communication with the other players!

He even had to be told by Dani to play the ball towards the corner in injury time from the free kick, he was about to launch it in to the box and risk us being caught on the break.

337 mate, I'm not saying he's a captain material and obviously doesn't have it in him, hate to say it but xhaka had it more in him.
Why he become so disconnected and not bothered here is the question mate. We all know he is a top scorer so we need him to get back to his best. I'm with dropping him and make him realise even though he's the captain he need to pull his socks up more than anyone else on the pitch.

Agreed, but it so frustrating that these senior highest paid players think it’s ok to stroll around when these kids are giving 200%
It’s always been the senior players that should lead by example not the other way round.

I remember Wenger not offering any player over 30 long term contracts 12months rolling contract was the best they would get keeps the players on their toes and if it goes pear shaped easily move them on.
