For anyone who says Mikel needs more time. how is Ancelotti doing? Hasenhüttl? Rodgers? Jose? Frank?

It's when absolutely no one can work out what the manager is doing or why he refuses to change what so obviously isn't working week after week that you reach the point of its when not if he goes.
We reached that point with both Arsene and Emery and we are there with Arteta too.
How long it will take the club to accept what are gping to have to do at some point is the only thing that is in question.

Arteta needs to start in the championship but not with Arsenal. It was a good experiment and we should thank Arteta for the two trophies and start new chapter. It's time for change while we can still have a meaningful seaso.
In this dire situation we can still look for positives like:
1. We are still in the first half of the season and have got city, utd, spuds, liverpool and everton away out of the way.
2. With January, we can get Ozil back in the team and new manager can get one or two of his additions.
3. Managers like Allegri and Favre are available.

Don't matter who get it will still be the sane as our structure is awful abd the platers don't seem to have any fight or passion only a select few from what I see.
