Fourth, play a natural number 10 and backs Emile Smith Rowe to shine
Finally, he says Arteta should implement a smarter use of his full-backs in a way that when one is attacking, the other remains at the back to form a back three.
What would your open letter ask for.
1. Freedom to express themselves and play in their natural / best position
2. Ensure players earn their jersey regardless of age eg Elneny or AMN or Nelson Vs Granit or Bellerin
3. Increase tempo of counter attack by passing forward, firmer and in front of player. Confidence to have less possession but more effective when we have it
4. Formation to suit our players - 4 2 3 1 or 4 4 2
5. Address our weaknesses and be prepared to make big decisions pre and during matches eg start ESR.

Why does everyone think ems and amn are good enough, esr was less than average in a championship team and Niles havnt exactly lit the prem Alrite I know he hasn’t played in cm but come on he’s nowhere near better than what we got, I’d bring back torreira and guendozi and give them a shot.

Welsh, I’m just trying something new rather than repeating the same players when it doesn’t work. We won’t change managers, we don’t have huge amounts of money and we need to try something different. Hence youth.
AMN can’t be worse than Granit.
AMN can’t be worse than Bellerin
ESR can’t be that much worse than Laca with his back to goal and Nelson probably is worth a try on the right. I’d say, give them a chance and drop them if not playing well enough
What else do you suggest?
I don’t want to watch more of the same if I’m honest.

SY4, personally I’d like to see torreira and guendozi back to play with partey as they are better than what we have, I was shocked when we let them go on loan, I personally think guendonut will be a very good player but needs his head screwed on lol terminate the loans and bring them back.

Welshey, personally I would like to see my c@ck and balls touch the ground but the only way that will happen is if I lose both legs. so we’re both not going to get what we want. Torreira and Dozi are gone, and I can’t see them coming back, ether through having any ability to actually cancel the loan agreements, which based on our organisation will almost certainly be not, or that either player will ever want to play for us again. In the case of Dozi I have no issue with that.

All the clamour for Dozi to come back is misplaced - it's not going to happen. Same with Torreira. The problem is that the numbers don't work - 2 for Partey and we light in mid. Neither player brings what is missing: creativity. Bigger issue is recruitment broadly and the lack of skill Edu brings to the table. If AM wanted Torreira badly, then a competent director does a deal with Partey. We need to buy better, sell better and develop better - the Saliba situation is a joke. Name another club that splashes 30m on a defender, gives him an iconic #, fudges a loan and then plays him in the Papa Johns cup. Arteta just as guilty on Saliba. If you know Sokratis isn't going to be in either squad and that no club were willing to pay, then bite the bullet and give him a free transfer and save the wages for a year. The Kronkes guilty of trusting the wrong people at exec level. A lot of these issues solved with a good replacement for Edu.

Ricky, arteta didn’t buy Saliba and With what I’ve heard doesn’t rate him and doesn’t think he’s good enough or strong enough for the Orem.

Ricky, sadly that’s not how it works. Sokratis doesn’t have to go anywhere even if we allow a free transfer. Effectively we would have to buy him out his remaining contract, which is the same as paying his wage until the end, but in a lump sum.
