Can't take this club anymore. I can't believe how poorly run we've become, we've gone from having so many creative players we have a bench full too, to having Willian on 200k a week to do what? Laca is potentially the worst player in the League and Auba doesn't seem arsed anymore. Trying to force Ozil out when we have these three goons on a fortune is despicable.
The lack of ideas is getting shocking now. i'm not sure I want to know how many attempted crosses we've had this match.
I'm not sure what Nelson and Willock have to do to get some Prem game time. I'm sure everyone would be a lot happier if the club took the stance saying we are getting rid of Mustafi, Sokratis, Holding, Chambers, Kola, Xhaka, Pepe, William, Laca and Ozil and started playing the youth.
We need a long term plan and I'm struggling to see where we are going apart from to the Championship.
Id love to see a line up a bit like this from now on

I actually can't think of anyone else already at the club mate. Didn't want to start putting people in that I want to sign, but you are right Malaga, he needs to go too.

For me out main problem is we have not got that creative midfielder that is breaking the lines all our attacks are coming out wide but we not got a Giroud type striker anymore then to get on the end of them, Neither Laca or Aubu are going to be any real threat in the air from crosses its not their game. We had about 30 odd crosses today and create one half decent chance out of all of them. We have to start playing to our strikers stengths more which is play more on the counter with them plying on the last man in behind not wasteful crosses. Xhaka is a waste of time offers nothing and just slows things down. It was one game too soon for Party to come back it looks like he is injured again just so frustrating.

If Arteta remains in January then he can't bring Ozil back, he'd look even more lost than he does already. Dropping a player and bringing him back is one thing but to completely and deliberately freeze a player out then having time bring him back? That would show Arteta to be more lost desperate and incapable than ever.
Only a different manager could bring Ozil back and not look ridiculous.
