I don’t want to see anyone get fired, especially someone who appears to be ultimately a good person. However, also agree with Banbury, get close to that bottom 3 then he has to go, and before the Jan transfer window closes. Trouble is, who is out there that could come in and replace him? The sort of people we dream of might soon be candidates for Real Madrid. Now I am a big fan our club, but if offered a job by Arsenal and Real Madrid, then sorry Arsenal, Madrid here I come.

Sorry to buck the trend but I've already thrown the towel in with Mikel.
If could motivate and get the players playing to a decent standard he wouid already have done so.
The reason things are getting worse and worse rather than improving is because the players towels are laying firmly next to mine.

Absolutely 733 Mark Robbins kept Fergie in a job, if they hadn't won the FA cup that season Fergie would have been toast.
The FA cup was a much bigger prize back then and players didn't have as much power or money.
To me Arsenal players look like they've lost it with Mikel and if they have then it's tat ta.

I just think his selections are odd and his decisions- they he chops and changes his teams each week, it’s no wonder we have no consistency .
If Ozil isn’t back in January then he confirms to me he’s a puppet, if you are a manager of a struggling team and you have the opportunity to select a player like Ozil you’d do it like a shot, just for the boost to the players and hope it changes your fortunes .
January could be his last Month.

If ozil isn't called back then we must get a creative midfielder to save his arse. I don't think he will be sacked before the end of the season. I seriously hope he can turn things around and very quick but I don't know where those goals will come from.
