I've been thinking about our situation and we seem to have had the same problem with these players with 3 managers.

Mikel has the best squad out of the 3 managers.
More interesting comments from Willian on Arteta again. this time compared to big Frank:

All 3 managers were inflexible in thier thinking and all 3 tried to get the players to be what they wanted them to be and make the players fit thier ideals rather than change thier thinking according to the players they had.
Arteta was never a DM but Arsene refused to give up on trying to make him one.
Petr Cech was never a ball playing keeper but Emery insisted on him being one.
Neither Ozil or Pea are ball chasers and hasslers but Ozil couldn't play unless he became one but Pea didn't have to if he didn't want to.
Just my opinion.

since 2016,our recruitment has been horrible. the squad is not good enough. Edu seems not be upto the job. he has to be sacked in my opinion and replaced with a competent talent spotter.
