He's been on fire at youth level for ages yet he's the only one who's never really been in the fold. So glad to see him play and hopefully he'll get the chance to have more than 10 minutes in each of our last 2 games, seeing as we have already secured our place in the next round. He wants regular football or he'll leave, simple as that. Auba rates him extremely highly and I hope he starts to get the minutes he deserves.

Extremely aggrieved to see the press reporting that Pepe getting a talking to "worked wonders" it annoys me so much that these players with word class fees and wages need someone to talk to them to wake them up.
My stepson is a professional footballer for a league 2 club on peanuts compared to these guys but when he plays badly he’s his own worse critic.

Some top professional players lose something once they get that big money move that pretty much garentees then financial security.
The players in league 1 and 2 have to fight week in week out Just to stay in the game and get a living from it, while always knowing once thier football career is over they will have to find a proper job pretty sharpish.
Once a player loses that hunger, it's a bugger to get back.
