Question for me was never whether he would be good when he plays, that was obvious I thought. It's whether he will have the fitness to make enough contribution over the course of the season given the extortionate fees!

Cheers gunner still one of the most honest posters on banter sites, I agree he's a bit over the hill but will probably get us champions league football for next season which means money well spent, we will be nowhere the league title as Liverpool and city are still on another level to the rest.
