Why don’t we open our own casualty ward and get Diaby, Rosicky, Eduardo, Walcott and Ramsey back also

I’ve written and read some stupid posts on here before, but this takes the biscuit.

Your entitled to your opinion Malaga mate, but it was a view put across by a couple of Gooners who thought that Jack could still do a job for us . Their was no reference to any other players that you mentioned.

I have to say, from that list Malaga, it was Diaby that was the biggest loss IMO. He played the position we needed, had decent height, and could go around players like they weren’t on the pitch.

Shame he was as fragile as a paper bag full of custard. When you look at all the players across European clubs who return to play for a previous club, for every success, there are multiple failures, and I can’t see Jack being a success.

Also I think it would send a pretty negative message to any youngsters at our club that we would prefer to take back an over the hill player than look to promote from within. Let’s just wish him all the best at his new club, wherever that may be, as long as it’s not In North London.

Epping, I loved Diaby when fit, he was a superb player.

Looool Jack Wilshere! Wow! I’ve got to agree with Malaga here, that definitely does take the biscuit!

Bit harsh to call Diaby fragile. He suffered a horrific injury early on in his career that left one leg shorter than the other. This led to a cascading series of injuries and he spent long periods trying to rehab only to suffer again after a few games. Whenever he came back he played great but then suffered a complication.
He was a massive miss for us. Had he and Van Persie stayed fit in the years from 2007 to 2012 I am sure we would have at least 2 more EPL titles to our name.

I forgot to mention, had Silva not had his leg broken as well. That injury cost us the 2008 title. We were 8 points clear with about 10 games left when that happened.

Diaby was awful even when fit.

Diaby was one of my all time favourites, would have been a world beater if he'd ever stayed fit.
Eduardo was also one hell of a striker before the tackle that ended the season.

This is weird, me and welsh don’t see eye to eye but I must say, I don’t know understand the hype about Diaby, I thought he was average.

Diaby was unreal. I don't feel comfortable naming someone who didn't play enough games as my all time favourite gooner but he's up there. So are Merson and the Romford Pele.
