Well done Board and Mikel - closed off another great window that's seen us replace Paddy at long last.
Partey is an awesome signing - big name, right age, great pedigree and is a proper CDM. Far more frightening and imposing than Torriera who went in the other direction. Not only can he break up play but can turn to attack quickly.
We've really addressed some issues now - Leno, Martinelli, Tierney, Saliba, Gabriel, Mari. addressing our issue! Well played.
I'm so excited about this signing.

I really like that 11 - only change I would need to make now is Luiz. Dropped him as he showed at the weekend and last year that he's a liability.

Laca is so underrated by our fans. Works incredibly hard, so I'd like to see him in a front 2 with Auba, with Saka or Willian behind.

Lineups aside, this signing gives us a ton of flexibility, and variety in formations. I feel like with Partey we could paly a 4-4-2 and have enough cover. I'm also curious to see if he's in the quad for the City game.
