Someone mentioned a Chelsea Arsenal potential swap. Reading the news today - it "could" be Kante for Matteo.
Not sure how I feel about that and not sure Chelsea would entertain selling him after Sunday's game.
I would rather Matteo went out on loan and matured as there's something there and it would be great to see him all grown up in an Arsenal shirt.
Is Kante still the player he was and no injury issues? He's turning 30 at the end of March. He missed 90 days with injuries last season. Hamstring, misc issues and ankle. Just concerned that we don't get to see him enough and entering his 30s soon when injuries take longer to heal and more frequent.
I would pass on this one unless our other top targets fall thru.

Kante for Guendozi? Really? Wow!
While Chelsea are in that frame of mind I wonder if they'd be interested in swapping my 14 year old car for Stamford Bridge? If this story turned out to be true I will definitely be asking them the question :-)

G62, I dare say you have your analogy mixed up. In this instance, Matteo is "Stamford Bridge" and Kante is your "beat up old car"; not the other way around.

It was an early morning post Sharpie and I wasn't totally with it (well even less with it than normal) .
I mean, as if I'd swap my gorgeous motor for Car boot sale venue!
But I'd definitely swap Guendozi for Kante, in fact I'd drive Guendozi to the bridge in my hansom stead and bring Kante back too, mind you they'd have to agree to sit still and not touch any buttons or eat or drink anything on the way.
