So Runarsson is in. My missus, of Icelandic decent, is chuffed.
I figure our ins will be Partey and Aouar. I actually think this will happen.
Outs: Torreira (part exchange) , Kolasinac, Sokratis, Mustafi.
Thoughts? Feel like that will make for a good summer.

It would be brilliant if it was to happen but it's not all doom and gloom if it doesn't happen either
If we can get Partey happy days but if not we can take comfort from how out pure desperation the Le Coq-Caz partnership came to be.

If I had a time machine - swap Emi for Leno ( stupid decision and weekend showed how poorly Leno commands a box) plus remove the politics so Ozil can play.

A great penalty save - we will miss his presence, attitude in the box, catching crosses and confidence. Hope he does really well.

Hi SY I've been banging on for years about us getting a quality DM mate so of course I'd love to see it happen mate, but I'm a realist and we are having trouble raising funds from selling players plus I've not heard anything about Partey actually saying he the person, the human being would like to to swap Spain for England or Madrid for London or swap champions league with Athletico to join Arsenal in the Europa league. I'm just saying it's not as simple Arsenal not getting thier finger out mate.

Agreed Ed - think Emi sale weakened the starting 11. Never liked Leno and ex goalie coaches also moan about Leno and crosses. Even less sense as the young CBS need confidence in keeper plus protection from midfield. That’s not happening yet.
If we invest the 20m in a CDM beast then makes a little sense but why didn’t they sell Leno after a good season

Doesn’t change any thing - top 5 plus a trophy is expectation plus addressing midfield mess. Still annoyed we signed Dani. Another mild non special-ist midfielder - got a full house of those 😂.

Mate, Emi wants a number 1 spot and obviously that's not happening. Yes he had a great spell when needed but we never thought of him that much before and why none of the bigger clubs came calling, but hey don't get me wrong he's been top lately for us and I would've loved him to stay but he seemed to be wanting to move on. I hope we use the money in the right place and get either Aouar or partey and hopefully both.

That’s the silver lining we need Moe. Hopefully the prices fall into place and the small sacrifices make sense overall. If we got Partey or that type of player through this sale then I’m happy, very happy.
I’ve not just jumped on the anti-Leno bandwagon but I have recently jumped on the pro-Emi one. Now I need to move on and support Leno.

Leno was talked about for player of the season last year and one difficult cross against West Ham and you’re having him out?
Short termism at its finest.
He is a quality goalkeeper - Bayern were linked with him whereas relegation battling clubs were linked with Martinez. For all the problems Man Utd and Chelsea are having in goal lately, if he was truly world class, they’d be knocking at the door as he also counts as a home grown player.
I love the bloke, massively respect his attitude and application, and also very happy how he went out on a high, but Leno is the better player.
