Hi Eds,
With Martinez off and Torreira looking likely to be sold, we should stand to make a combined ~40m from them. Let's say for arguments sake we were able to then sell Kolasinac and Sokratis for a combined 15m (whether direct sells or loans with obligation to buy, most likely the case for Kola) and bearing in mind they are both on decent wages, do you think that'd be enough for us to get BOTH Aouar and Partey? I am confident the sales of Martinez and Torreira will definitely cover the cost of one.

Ed said we are risking future earnings on today’s transfers. So Ed correct me if I’m wrong, Ed is basically saying that sure arsenal can get Aouar and Partey, however it will be with money we have not earned, therefore high risk for the club.

Sorry I might not have worded by question properly. I didn't necessarily mean will the sales alone cover the estimated fees of Aouar and Partey, more, do we have any additional transfer funds in our kitty that would enable us to buy both midfielders (with the previously mentioned sales) ? Although I am still expecting the answer to still be no hahaha.

No idea what I said different to you Ed. You said we are betting future success and earnings on transfers. I previously asked if we can only get one of Partey or Aouar, you basically answered that that is not the case. So would you mind explaining where I put words in your mouth please mate.

I think it was said weeks ago that we will earn out transfer money from the sale of players, nothings changed has it, I just don’t get Ozil . ED - is it that Ozil isn’t bothered or the fact that MA just doesn’t like him ( style ) ?
