Well played boys - great seeing Gabriel in defence. A beast and can't wait for Saliba to cone in. That will be a pairing we've been screaming for a while. Plus a goal, MOTM and a clean sheet fir Gabriel.
Nice debut from Willian - like his energy and directness. Great free kick. Pick him over Pepe every time.
Lovely team goal and great finish from PEA.
Enjoyed the game, to be fair though Fulham were rubbish but we played with a bit of swagger and steel. Great first game.

Great debut from Gabriel good no nosense stuff you can tell already nobody is going to easily get the better of him physically and in the air. Willian also decent with two assist and will give good competition in the forward areas with Pepe now.
All were pretty decent to be said Eleney also give him credit for a strong display despite being his first start for us in ages. Fulham were pretty toothless really nice passing around not much else from them harder tests to come but good signs.

Didn't see the game as been out all day but very pleased with the result, great start to the season and will watch the best of the game on motd tonight.

Luckily I'm only reading your post this morning SY mate otherwise you would have undone all my hours of sitting in a forest in my Arsenal away shirt with my phone switched off avoiding all contact with the outside world waiting for 10.25pm and the match of the day theme tune to start! I know to some people that migh sound extreme but I did save myself £10 by not buying a Sky day pass so was well worth doing :-)
