I'd be happy to back Martinez 100% next season and that means through brilliant games and awful mistakes alike.
You can't expect Leno to sit on the sidelines and just wait, so you pays your money and makes your choice then stand by it be it right or wrong.

Spot on Ed. I think they're both great shot stoppers. However martinez commands the area much better and most importantly he catches as apposed to punching which takes a lot of pressure off the defence.
{Ed047's Note - yep, agree with you all, like them both but he definitely edges it for me and hopefully it seems it’s his spot to lose.

As good as a shot stopper leno is, martinez feels me with more confidence. His kicking is superb too. Its really tough to call.

Martinez looks an excellent keeper as said above, he fills people with confidence, could prove to be one of our best.
