Great question from PEA's bro as I can't work out why we waste him out wide - play 4 4 2 or at least our deadliest striker down the middle

How to use Eddie Laca Martinelli as well as Auba is Mikels quandary but it shouldn't be, if he's going to keep Auba play him where he's best.
My main concern with Mikel is his training well = starting 11.

Gunner - I understand that but when England had Woods and Seaman - did they play one in goal and the other at right back or was one on the bench? Did they play Lineker on the wing so Wright could play? Sure they also tried to play Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney etc etc etc all at the same time to accommodate names rather than the best 11 for each position - sure Gerrard even played right back.
If PEA is a great striker - play him down the middle. If Ozil is a great number 10 then play him there and figure out the formation and best players for the slots. Don’t push PEA on the wing to accommodate Eddie of all people or Laca. Seems crazy to me. If we have two great strikers - then play 4 4 2 or 3 4 1 2. Whatever but don’t waste our best player.

Seems to score an awful lot of goals from the left . A) he’s on the pitch B) he still scores tons of goals C) so do Sterling, Mane and Salah ( on right) whereas Firminho vital by the way scores less playing down the middle COYG.

SY I'm with you mate others should accommodate Pea if need be not the other way round. But like with Xhaka, Wenger Emery and Arteta all see it the same, Xhaka first name on the sheet and Auba on the left, it's a mystery to me but all 3 have done the same thing.

Nonsense I'm afraid. Auba is better on the left wing. 0.83 goals per game from that position compared to .57 or less from centre and right. He gets more touches, can use his speed to isolate his marker, and can open up his body better. If we had someone who could feed better through balls then maybe but as it stands, he is just better on the left.

Who forever when Mustafi joined we didn’t lose in something like his first twenty.
Ceballos has been really proactive in the middle never hiding go looking for the ball, just holding on it a little too much at times.
If can score before the drink break and after going into halftime it could it sealed. We are at home we should go at them.
