Anyone thinking of getting married should be aware that you and your future wife/ husband must wash your hands both before and after exchanging rings, obviously your free to have as much sex before during and after the ceremony as you like but it's while exchanging those rings you MUST STAY ALERT!
Ummm doesn't exactly fill you with confidence that those running the country have the greatest handle on things does it!

It's probably what they meant mate :-) and only 30 people are allowed to watch and no loud voices or alcohol are allowed.
