Excellent week with 3 consecutive wins. Looking forward to Thursday, I expect a strong line up, as I'm certain Arteta will view winning the EL as possibly the easier path to CL football next season.

I think Wolves Man United Ajax and a couple of others might be fancying thier own chances too, I'm not saying we can't win it only that we are far from the only ones who have both the desire and abilty to do so.
I think it's a case of Just " keep swimming Nemo "and see where it gets us.

I’m certain all the clubs still in the EL fancy winning it. I was merely stating that it is possibly an easier route to CL than trying to finish top 4, possibly top 5, if City fail to overturn the ban. Hence why Leno started away to Olympiakos and I expect a strong line up in the returns leg on Thursday.

I'd say both routes premier league 5th place or Europa league winners are at least a 6 horse race with ourselves United and Wolves all competing in both races.
I know it's a really boring cliche but it really is a take each game as it comes between now and the beginning of April at least.
Other than the top 4 it's been like musical chairs between 5th and 15th all season, Everton were in the relegation zone a little while ago while now 5th and a possible champions league place doesn't look completely out of the question for them.
It would be a very brave man who put a months wages on predicting this seasons 5th to 10th place teams in the correct order they finish in May :-) for me it's as easy to imagine United fishing 10th it is to think they will hold onto 5th.
