I’ve battered him on here for his falling over but thought he was okay tonight and most of the time he was on the floor he’d taken a whack. Sometimes easy and lazy to follow stereotypes COYG Saka! Keeps his place or play Tierney or Kol? Surely not ahead of Auba or Gabi on left wing? Nice problems to have 😀great result.

Guendouzi and Lacca need to man up and stop trying to win free kicks they don't deserve. I'd like to see refs sending them both off for simulation as it would do both players and the team more good than harm in the long term.
If we can see it then so can refs who will take charge of our future games, Lacca Guendouzi and Torreira have earned themselves well deserved reputations as divers, not a greatest reputation to have in the game.

Totally agree 62 - remember Ashley getting a red card which was deserved and I think it changed him for the better. I blame the refs for a lot - language, players surrounding and bullying refs, diving - stand up for the rules and the sport. Tell the captains before the game that you won’t put up with 💩 and not afraid to red card anyone. Sure the commentators would moan that ref takes centre stage but if we want to stamp it out we need to back the ref and let them take a tough line. I remember playing when I was young and refs telling me before the game that they’ve ref’d me before so consider this chat your warning and behave. refs can’t win to be fair but wish they’d stand up for the game. Can you imagine if Rooney was red carded for language or diving or surrounding the ref what he would have done in future games?
Anyway - I agree. Matteo needs to sort his attitude out as he’s not bigger than the club.
