I wonder if anyone can help me!
5 days ago I swallowed a whole ice cube and despite 4 days of normal bowel movements still no sign of the ice cube reappearing, should I seek medial help?
{Ed001's Note - was it a fresh ice cube or that frozen rubbish they always put in your drinks when you go out?}

No Ed001 mate I played safe (or so I thought) by making my own ice cube using only totally organic spring water which it clearly stated on the bottle had been purified by earth after running through underground streams and springs for over 7 million years.
But since the unfortunate swallowing and non reappearance of the ice cube I've fished the empty bottle from my wheelie bin only to find a best before date of January 28th 2020 clearly marked on the label meaning I'd actually consumed it a full 5 days past its best, which probably explains why it's stuck somewhere inside me!
It's going to be pretty embarrassing if I have to explain all this to the doctors, they might think I'm a right idiot not checking the dates first :- (.
{Ed001's Note - I think you need to skip the doctors and head straight to the hospital. That sounds like an emergency to me....}

That's what I thought Ed001 mate, they will probably want to use liposuction which my wife is refusing to try again simply because the last 14 attempts haven't produced any ice, the woman simply has no perseverance :- (.
