Not sure Xhaka’s clever enough to do a tactical fowl. His tackling is just plain sh@t and he holds onto the bloody ball too long.
We need to cut out the petulance from game - Laca could have received 🟥 as could Xhaka for one of many poor tackles. it will cost us. That and diving - I would 💯 back the ref booking players like Matteo diving. Its embarrassing.

Good win tonight in the end boys and you seem to have turned a corner with mikel
But xhaka should of been sent off and someone needs to have a word with gwedouzi he is a disgrace the spirit in which he plays the game
Not just the diving but his reaction to refs when he gives 1 away can't have it both ways
Its a shame as he has potential to be a very good player.

Franco - hope we have and I think most gooners will agree with the poor sportsmanship ( diving, card waving etc ) that a handful of players have showed recently. Hopefully Mikel tells these players to man up, wear the badge with pride or sod off. Fed up with these pussies wearing the badge.
Refs need to step up also - send Matteo off. He’ll learn. Send Laca off for the kick out and Xhaka for his stupid tackles. VAR needs to step up also. Not an excuse but all got a role to play
Remember cashley Cole getting a red for us years ago - best thing that happened to him as he saw there’s a consequence to a decision. He went on to be the best left back that’s played for either club.

I believe the Leeds midfielder holding Lacazettes leg for about 10 seconds so he couldn’t join the attack is far worse than the tiny tap he gave his heel.
there’s a difference between violent conduct and a little reaction tap after a clear and obvious act of holding a player by the leg when on the floor to stop him. The hand on papas face was far worse.
Problem with VAR is super slow motion can make things look far worse than they actually are in real time.
