All game Holding has been slow and casual in passing the ball . why? He's defending ok but come on move the ball with intent.

Credit to the boss he must've given them some proper talk at half time. Agree with you ed about holding tho and oh my xhaka gets away with so much hahah. Love that kid martinelli he is going to be something.

Loved Xhaka tonight. So funny, he should have been booked 4 times and kept winning dodgy free kicks. He worked hard.

Xhaka rode his luck at times, but we need that sort of action. It’s been done against us too many a times latest being Jorginho and Chelsea.
Don’t think Lacazette is captain material. So, if he makes it beyond the January transfer window it’s back to Xhaka for me. The captain should be a certain pick with a long term future at the club, at least for the duration of the manager’s term.

Yard - I agree with smart bad tackles occasionally but the idiot can’t tackle or control himself. I agree we need a tough nut in there but he’s a nut job and a liability when he plays like that. They weren’t even clever tackles or worth getting a yellow for. He should stay on his feet. Gilberto was smart in midfield and took a needed card for the team but Xhaka? He’s not tough or scary - I’d slap him or put him on his arse if I was playing, knowing he wouldn’t hurt me but rather retaliate in a petulant way. I just don’t think his a tough player.
