Arsenal need to become 'addicted' to winning trophies
'I think winning brings togetherness and when you have beautiful experiences together. the experiences stay within that group'
I prescribe to that philosophy ; winning = trophies = happy team and Fans
Sport is all about winning and not taking part. Win with grace and respect for others. But unlike what they teach kids at school nowadays - it's okay for someone to win and others not to win.
Bring the great back to Britain and acknowledge and encourage winning. Bring the victory back to Victoria Concordia Crescit. Let's teach our club from top to bottom our moto especially the winning

At last, a manager that wants us to be winners.
We have not had that mentality since 2005. Top 4 in his eyes is not being a winner

Just what we need to drag us back into the real world, the day he mentions 4th place being a trophy it should = instant dismissal because we will know he's lost that winning mentality and become old Arsenal.
Let's hope he never does and if he can do half as well for us as Klopp has for changing everyone's thinking at Liverpool we will be in for some happy times ahead.

We already have a squad capable of winning a trophy RG mate, league cup FA possibly the Europa league but for big clubs they are pure costume jewellery trophies and the only 2 trophies that say we are successful at Liverpool City Chelsea and United have the words champions attached, Champions of England or European Champions and anything else means that season can't be seen as a successful one by really big clubs standards.
If we are going back to where we see success that way again too, I'm happy happy happy.
