Unless you’re Pool or City everyone else is capable of beating or losing to any team in the league we are all inconsistent. I thought particularly first half we looked sharp and but for woeful final ball crosses should have been ahead. Mikel has had them for four days going to take a while to change attitudes but maybe just me but I saw an improvement. We will revert to default in games where they are adjusting but I saw enough today to think that could happen. Still miles behind top two but over next few seasons Top four and a challenge is on the cards COYG.

It's going to take time mate and as long as Mikel stays honest and sticks to his non negotiable stance I'm on board for the long haul.
If you were building a team for a challenge on next seasons top 4 only Leno and Auba would survive and it's been that way all season long.

The standard required to be premier league champions right now is so ridiculously high it's incredible.
It used to be win your home games draw your away games and you'd definitely be champions, 76 points? Looks silly now days where anything less than 90pts is strictly 3rd place standard.
Well done Jurgen and Pep you've taken premier league football to a whole new level, even Fergie would struggle to keep us with these two.

Credit where it's due Ed mate, if we can't recognise brilliance and apluad excellence then we really are in a poorly state.
City of 2 seasons ago were at a level that would never be matched yet here we are Just 2 years later looking at a very different but arguably even better team.

Agreed - the boys done real good and his team is playing nice football. Also good in any industry that someone or thing continually recalibrate the excellence bar which resets the standard for everyone and improves the entire industry.
