Our next manager needs to be someone who we can all get behind and somebody we can all understand (not language)
NO more bizarre substations on 70 minutes like Arsene
NO more voting for captains all other bizarre behaviour like Emery
NO more bewildering neglect of defensive issues in the pursuit of winning 5 3 rather than winning 1 0 in a controlled manner like under both Arsene and Emery.
We need a common sense manager who we can all understand where he's coming from and taking us and who we can all get behind regardless I'd it takes 3 weeks 3 months or 3 years to make us competitive again.

It took Klopp 3 years to make Liverpool competitive
Unbelievably it's it looks like it MIGHT have taken Rogers less than 3 months to achieve the same at Leicester.
Let's take our time and find someone we can all every single one of us understand and back 100%.

Allegri 100% for me.

Would be nice mate but really it's all about finding our perfect mangers for us rather than the biggest name available.
Would Klopp or Gardiola do what Rogers has done at Leicester?
Would Klopp or Rogers have been able to achieve the English treble with city and back to back titles?
Would Rogers or Gardiola have been able to do what Klopp has done are Liverpool, obviously we know Rogers couldn't.
Horses for courses and it's all about finding someone who is right for us even though they might nit be right everyone else.
Nieher Lampard or Nuno were obvious choices but so far like Rogers are looking like surprisingly wise choices.

Lets see how Freddie gets on yes he only ever been assistant but look how well Lampard is doing with limited experience. I think someone who knows the Arsenal DNA and get our identity back is key for me right now.

As an alternate although I doubt they would go for it is Sean Dyce he would be good option his teams certainly know who to get orgainised and defend properly and that is the base of any successful team. He deserves a chance at a big club.

Rodgers would be a good shout but I doubt he would leave Leicester right now when things are going so well there to jump ship and try a sort this mess out.

Allegri has the predigree sure but his English is poor and would he shake things up a bit too much without having experienced the EPL before and upset the balance?

If we go down the route of paying compensation to get a manager already in a job, then it has to be Julian Nagelsmann for me. His reputation continues to grow by the week, and I notice Leipzig are sitting top of their champions league group.

{Ed047's Note - I’m with you on that one. My first pick by a mile
