It's a sad state of affairs when you're gutted that we get a last minute equaliser- another week of that plum at the helm.

{Ed047's Note - we are in that state where it’s only going to get worse

Ed- would Allegri be an option if someone in the club grew some balls and sacked Emery?

{Ed047's Note - I’m sure ed02 said that Allegri was one of those that didn’t like the set up above him at the club so wouldn’t come.

I don’t know where realistically the board can go and probably not a high profile manager just someone that will work under the odd set up we have.

Worse than this ed? I think we will be fighting relegation this year if keep on the same rythme.
Well done Emery and the team you are doing your best not to surprise me.
Oh I’m frecking done betting on us winning my whole day was going to plan until us can’t bloody beat Southampton at bloody home. I’m so frecking furious.

{Ed047's Note - I think anything is possible with Emery at the helm Moe, he’s a shocker.

Thanks Ed. Seems if Emery goes it will become Ljungberg's job to lose.

{Ed047's Note - that would certainly seem likely Glenn

I don't think he will see out the week but then I didn't think he would see out the international break so obviously I'm not exactly an authority on the subject.

One thing is certain and that it's a case of when not if we part company so them would seem little sense in dragging it out and watching the players and fans morale sink lower and lower.

When it's over its over and just dragging it out hurts everyone including Emery more than it needs to.

{Ed047's Note - I think it’s reached the point of negligence if they don’t move him on.

Agree Ed047, those in charge are putting themselves in the firing line by protecting Emery now, another 2 weeks and they will all be in completely untenable positions.
It make absolute sense for Malaga's post above to be spot on.

{Ed047's Note - it’s getting ridiculous 62, he’s never in a month of Sunday’s going to turn it around.

Maybe we could get Erik Ten Hag from Ajax.

23 Nov 2019 18:52:53
Yes mate I'd be very happy to give him a go in fact I think he's a very very good shout, everyone is a gamble and personally I always thought it might take 2 3 or possibly 4 attempts at successfully replacing Arsene.
1 failed attempt is nothing to be ashamed of, refusing to accept your mistake is.

{Ed047's Note - I just think he’s the kind of manager that would love to come to the Premier League and would maybe except the mess we have upstairs to do it.

23 Nov 2019 19:07:40
I think all pressure is now 100% on those in power at the club Ed047 mate, no disrespect to Emery but he's almost become incidental because it's so obvious he shouldn't still be in the position he's in.
My gripe is now 100% with those who are refusing to do what so obviously has to be done, put Freddie in charge until we can get someone who fits us, Hag would look as good as anyone we are likely to be able to attract.

{Ed047's Note - totally agree 62, they need to step up to the plate and sort the mess out or Josh Kroenke needs to sort them out.

The nasty stuff has definitely started to roll uphill at Arsenal now mate.

{Ed047's Note - and gaining speed at every turn
