The formation and lineup is the best we have, for me at least. Plus an option to go to alter formation and bring pepe and another on to change it up. I can't watch today, but if anyone has the inclination to give an update later, I'd be grateful, and really interested to know:
- our wbs are both rusty but how did they do?
- did torreira generally cover the back 3 and wbs?
- how did ozil work with guend and torr?

I agree Jim our best 11 and formation in my opinion too, no reason why it shouldn't be able to give anyone anywhere game and cause most sides huge problems.

I said in the week, it’s no good waiting . It’s crazy to even think there is no rush, we are in free fall . Top 4 now gone top 6 could be tough also . Our big players ( who aren’t performing) won’t hang around . We are 19 points behind Liverpool after 13 games and we are below Burnley and Wolves .
Act now before it’s too late.

If that's how we do against Southampton at home with that lineup, then we have no hope of things getting better without changing manager.
Freddie, do you know anyone with defensive nous that you think you can work with? Please. I haven't seen Lee dixon or keown on TV for ages.
