DG, last time Arsenal signed the Tottenham manager I believe was Terry Neil, and he didn’t exactly set the world on fire with either club. For me, signing a manager from the club next door would be the same as the guy who dates the girl next door. Why bother going out into the world and potentially meeting the girl of your dreams when the girl next door “ will doâ€! Both smack as a complete lack of ambition and effort. There’s a world of potential managers out there who could bring new ideas to our club, just like Arsene did, so why would we want to sign the sacked manager from next door who won nothing 😂.
