Lee Dixon is bang on when he says the players should go to Emery and say " we don't understand your tactics ideas methods can we change " It's the obvious and most simple answer and of course if he won't listen then what can be done to help him? Nothing.
It's no good keep repeating what so obviously doesn't and isn't working that would be crazy.

This team would do better if he put everyone in their corresct positions and just simply say, Go and do what you do.
Are squad is more than capable of winning 30 games a season without complicating games with tatics of how to nullify the oposition.

I agree, but which senior players are likely to rise to that task? In other times Ozil and Luiz with perhaps Auba, might have a word, but I think all but Luiz have had enough of Emery and are just waiting for him to go.
I wonder if Ozil has actually said this, explaining his lengthy absence for the squad and numerous 'illnesses'?
It's not going to happen, but a month before the January window is the perfect time to get rid of Emery, and stick someone in there who can make the necessary changes.

I remember Caz going to Arsene before a visit to city and saying ' he and the other players didn't want to just go out and get thrashed in the sane old way yet again by a top 4 club " Arsene reliased he his players had lost belief in his methods and brought in Le coq next to Caz as DM and suddenly we were like a completely different team with everyone working and playing like never before and we finished that season really strongly.
Sometimes you've got to stand up and be honest rather than simply go through the motions because it's not your place to challenge the manager, sometimes we all need to hear things we don't want to hear in order to be able to improve on our weaknesses and things that prevent us from being successful, it's far better to temporarily embarrass some one at 8pm and point out they've got cabbage stuck between their teeth than let them walk around all night being laughed at because you want to spare their feelings at 8pm :-)

I Don't think we have such strong characters in the squad that will do that like we had in the past which is part of the problem. I don't think Emery would take much to it either tbh. Things have to change for sure. If Emery is going to turn things around needs to pick a system and formation stick with it know who his best 11 is and have a clear game plan, I just don't think he really knows what to do atm.
I give him until the end of year if things do turn around get rid so I can bring someone in for the Jan transfer window.
