I’m still struggling with Dicks selection policy, I just don’t get it .

Yes you could say a penalty should have been given but I’m afraid when your 70+ million pound player can’t tap in from 5 yards you don’t deserve to win.
We needed a craftsman to unlock the 11 man defence and Emery is to stubborn to play him .
I will admit Wenger was doing better with a lesser squad, on paper this has the makings to be a very good team but we are on grass and Emery can’t see the woods from the trees.

Why after 15 months of disorganised strangeness will Emerys methods suddenly come good and start making sense to players and fans alike?
What is going to suddenly click and suddenly start paying off that has failed to work since Emery arrived?
Don't tell me, Belerin Tierney and Holding coming back will change everything and suddenly 5 captains, players voting and freezing out the world's king of assists will all suddenly make sense to everyone and everyone will feel silly for questioning Emerys methods.
Wow if Belerin Tierney and Holding are that good we better brace ourselves for huge bids coming in from Real Barcelona and PSG for them next summer :-) .
I'm not knocking those 3 players but are they really that brilliant that without them we are so awful but with them absolutely brilliant?
Players aren't the issue in my opinion because thus squad is far far better than its being made to look under a manager who is simply out of his depth in the premier league.
Act now while United and Spurs let the grass grow under their feet so we can get ahead of the game and not play catch up next year.

No shame in getting it wrong Welsh mate but not accepting you've got it wrong is obviously a weakness.
The board finally acted on Arsene and they're first attempt hasn't paid off, no big deal lots of Clubs need lots of attempts to find the right man for them.
We've absolutely nothing to lose by making a change in the next week, absolutely nothing.

62 your comment surprises me, we have had 2 clean sheets in 24 away games, the back four needs a shake up with players who are chomping at the bit, we have a quality left back playing in noddy competitions we have holding who until his injury was performing very well . Emery just won’t make harsh decisions
Clock is ticking PEA will be gone if this rubbish carries on.

I know mate I've no patience at all, I'm like it with landlords too, everytime they serve me a pint with no head on it and tastes like vinegar I refuse to simply drink it and see if i start to enjoy it after the 15th pint.
