I applaud our backroom for sending players out on loan that are surplus. Their salaries were an obstacle to a sale, but no reason to keep that lot in the dressing room.
I would rather have had Willock or Nelson come on yesterday instead of Mkhitaryan. Now, they have more opportunity to succeed.

There was no sense in keeping Miki or Elneney in an already crowded midfield but Monreal looks less wise to me.

It really is out with old and in with the new. Pity xhaka wasn't one of them. And mustaffi, nobody wants him, can he sell programs.

Thought Miki was useless when he came on and just hasn’t taken off for us so hopefully a loan works well for him and us.

Calling Mkhi useless is kind of you SY, I was going to suggest he was worse than that, he received amazing passes and then lost the ball immediately.

Totally agree with wire. He was wasteful when the rest of the squad looked decisive and aggressive.
