Imo whatever the situation with kos we will not add anyone to our defence, at most we will get the LB from celtic.
So we are stuck with bloody Mustafi.

Or Chambers or young Greek lad every one was nuts about 2 seasons back.
None of us know what will or won't happen but we won't have to wait to much longer to find out mate.

We do need a cb. But if not it doesn't mean we will be stuck with mustafi. We have Chambers holding Greek lad I can't be bothered to Google the spelling and sokratis. Mustafi could well be 4th choice. I do however feel Gary cahill would be a good shout on a year contract.

Cahill is a no brainer for us in our position 16 mate, we've got to wait a year for the young lad from France to get here and Cahill is certainly no worse than what we have
As for Holding he did well before he got injured but he's a long way from a premier league top CB yet, I think we still have to be careful about pinning all our hopes on a young player who looked decent in a poor outfit for a short period last season.
Not being negative about Holding but just trying to be realistic and honest about things.

I agree about Cahill, PL experience and a free agent too. Yes we have chambers and the young greek lad and Sokratis as well as monreal to be a pack up CB, not that I want to but its what it looks like. Holding has improved massively mate and did too well but we only saw him in the back five defence not sure how ge will do when we play with 4 at the back, but next to Sokratis he will be fine as long as our full back do their job at the back also if Emery get his back 4 well organised.
As you said 62 mate not long now.

Oh yeah I totally agree with your point on holding. We really do need a cb. Holding isn't anywhere near a top cb and who knows if he can make it that far but regardless of rather see him in the line up than mustafi. I'd even happily give medley a game instead of mustafi.

I'm with that too 16 mate, there is nothing to lose by trying new things and of course different players.
Personally I still don't think Dicks philosophy gives any defence a chance as he like Arsene isn't a fan of the art of defending.
Both seem to afford the defence little time on the training ground or in their minds.
