Good workout and win against Bayern.
Positives: Willock had a decent 1st half, at 19 he needs a couple of seasons to fill out physically. Martinez looks good cover for Leno. Nelson, Saka and Nketiah looked dangerous and must stay with the first team and be given more game time this season.
Negatives: Our full backs are so poor defensively, particularly Maitland-Niles who was ruined in the 2nd half. Not that Bellerin is much better defensively. We must get the Tierney deal over the line and we need a RB that can defend. It doesn't help having Mustafi playing, as he rarely helps his full back, Having Holding back will help and Bellerin offers more than Maitland-Niles. A defensive of Bellerin, Sokratis, Holding and Tierney would be an improvement. Mkhitaryan' sole contribution was a fine pass for the 1st goal, otherwise he was a waste of space and you cannot play both him and Ozil in the same line up.
Adding Bellerin, Holding, Tierney, Torreira, Cebellos and a wide player, ideally Saka or Soares would give so much more to the starting line up.

I meant Saha, not Saka in my comment, although I would use Saka more this season.

Louis Saha is 40 years old. I wouldn't look to sign him personally. I assume you mean Wilf Zaha mate? haha.
