And if it hadn't been for our pesky last manager not giving him a chance when he most definitely should have he'd still be with us!
Love Arsene the man to bits but some his extremely poor management during the second half of his Arsenal reign continue to hurt us, Gnarby Joel Campbell the Ox in centre midfieild Arsene just wouldn't give them a chance even though things were going so badly for us with those he favoured.

Oh give me a break g62. We gave Gnabry a ton of chances and the only mistake was the loan to Pulis to try to bring him back to full fitness after a terrible injury. He wanted to leave and we tried to keep him, can't do more than that.
My guess is that Gnabry being German always had his eyes on Bayern, and the fact that he orchestrated that move via Werder just backs that up. I don't blame the club at all except for choosing Pulis as the loan destination.

That's not at all how I remember it Wire mat.
Gnarby scored and earned rave reviews when he first got a chance then seemed to get frozen out for some reason even when injury to others looked like he had to be selected he wasn't.
Campbell finally got an opportunity because of us having no other option and he played about 8 games and did surprisingly well again earning great reviews but the moment Theo and others were available he didn't even make the bench.
Ox was always played out of position and only ever trusted in part games no matter how well he did, he even started on the bench or came off early.
There was an Arsene friendly click and if you wasn't in it then it didn't matter what you did and if you were lucky enough to be in the
Favoured few it didn't matter what you didn't do you stayed in.
That's how I remember it.

Completely disagree, Gnabry often made the squad when fit.
2012-13 called up to first team aged 17.
2013-14 9 appearances in the premier league, 3 cup appearances, 2 CL appearances. As an 18 year old that is a lot of action for a CL side.
2014-15 entire season ruled out through injury
2015-16 loaned to WBA to regain fitness. Loan prematurely ended in January and from what reports were available Gnabry had already decided to leave by the time he returned to Arsenal.
Arsene was a big fan of Gnabry's and gave him a lot of game time for a young teenager. We wanted to keep him but it was likely the failed loan that sealed his decision in his mind.
