Is the EPL trophy at BRIGHTON ready for C£ty and a replica at Anfield just in case?

What will they do with the unneeded party poppers at Anfield?

Or will everything be helicoptered in once pretty certain of the champs?

Agree0 Disagree0

What's not to celebrate at Anfield mate? 97 points second consecutive champions league final?
I'd be popping those party poppers with emense pride if I were Liverpool mate, what a fantastic achievement and if there is a spare trophy going then surely they should present it just for achieving 97 points with just one defeat at the hands of absolutely unbelievably fantastic champions Manchester City.
198 points over 2 seasons? That's just 30 points of a possible 228 over 24 months. WOW!
CHAMPIONS OF CHAMPIONS pedigree that in anyone's book, surely?

A trophy for finishing 2nd? Come on man, behave.

12 May 2019 18:09:16
Just shows how far ahead of us and the rest these two sides are when Liverpool only lost one game and still be 2nd. Any other year of the whole 38 game PL apart from last and this one 97 points would have blitzed the league. I am backing Liverpool all the way to win the Champions league they deserve to win something after that effort.

Jaybo it was in answer to SYs question about there being a spare trophy not a suggestion to create one.
Liverpool have had an awesome season and the likes of which only City wouldn't swap there's for.
I'm sure between Liverpool and City fans there is absolutely nothing but respect for each others incredible performance this season and all other fans of all other clubs have two choices
A dream
Or
B belittle through jealousy.

Hats off to both teams - impressive how LFC went toe to toe with an inferior budget. Huge respect to LFC.

My question was all the fireworks, poppers, stands and Trophy required to rightfully celebrate the champions with both being miles apart - how did Sky coordinate in.

Not disrespecting Liverpool at all.

No I know that mate, I just think of we had experienced the season Liverpool have had this season I would be out celebrating tonight big style, no trophy but what an amazing tide.
In my opinion only of course, sometimes there is more pleasure and pride in being a fantastic runner up than a poor champion, United won the title with 69 points once and to better that by 28 points and be second is nothing to be dispirited about.
A bit like going the distance with Ali at his absolute best and losing on a split decision apposed to beating a 50 year Larry Holmes on points for me.

True but isn’t it like winning the lottery and sharing it with 150 people. You have that performance once in a lifetime and you need it to pay big. You then don’t celebrate but rather look st what could have been in the games they drew rather than won.

I am not knocking them or saying they shouldn’t celebrate or be proud - I was referring to Sky and Just out of interest. I’m weird li, e that. any weirder and I’d vote labour 😂😂😂.

Hey SY, I'm going for the green party in the next election mate, labour have become even beyond my imagination anything like worthy of my vote and the Tories never have been anywhere close it.
80% of the earth's species will disappear by 2050 if we carry on like this, 4 out 5 species that my great grandchildren will only know of from history books?
We can't let that happen surely, can we?
