I happen to trust him so far - chance of top four - so good at home! I posted about the number of points Wenger got away from home it is an inherent problem that needs fixing! Controversially I like Lucas Xhaka and Ramsey together . Easy game to rest Ozil! Attitude right three points wrong we get what we deserve COYG.

He’s making some strange subs takes Torreira off a defensive midfielder then puts guendozi on and puts mikhatyrian right back then puts maitland niles on to replace mikhatyrian at right back but takes Ramsey off.

Totally support Emery but with tonight's line up he is clearly prioritising Europa League. Watford away is as tough a game as you get and the personnel don't give any confidence. Still hoping to win it. COYG!

Emery wanted to have more control of the game and that’s exactly what happened. So credit to him for making a bold decision.
Mavropanos was a little bullied in the first half, tough game for him against watford tho.
Anyways, good ugly win and a bit lucky with Deeneys red card but what matters is the 3 points and some of the players were rested for Napoli.

Far from convincing, I missed the first 10 or so minutes and could barely tell we were a man up until mateyboy informed me! I know sometimes going a man down can make a team play better, particularly a lowerleague team but still - the pessimist in me says we’re still some distance from the other teams.

It's football and what goes against you in one game usually evens it's self up the next, well over a season anyway :-)
Take the lucky decisions when they come and try to remember them when they go against us.
A wins a win and a clean sheet away from home for the first time under Dick.
