I'm curious ED002, I know you hate this type of question. But as someone with more knowledge than most that we have access too, What do you think the club need to do to get the management structure and backroom structure correct? Who needs to move on or come in.

I'm honestly curious as to how messed up the club is behind the scenes.

{Ed002's Note - The managerial structure needs unpicking, some people moved on and responsibilities of others made clear. Someone independent should come in to the club and do t as soon as possible. The club also needs to cut the new close ties with Kia - and a new policy for transfers needs to be put in place. And don’t forget the squad is aging.}

Appreciate the reply. Maybe what we should be doing is giving the youngsters coming through more time to play, Might give us short term pain but long term surely benefit the club which quite clearly has no clear direction at the minute.
Transfer windows used to be something to look forward to, Now it seems everyone shouts at us to sign someone for the sake of someone new coming in. Smith Rowe I'd love to see more of. He looks a real talent. And like Martinez after the cup final, They look like they care abut more than just the money.
Also for what it's worth, One of the EDS mentioned before and i agree, Aubamyang doesn't do enough for me so no loss if he leaves.

So on board with someone independent is needed to sort things out.
We are crying out for a new upto date direction and way of doing things.

Eds, I know we discussed the possibility of Simeone, Ancelloti taking over or being looked at by Arsenal. What abut Joachim Low? Do you think we would look at him. Always liked his football style, although not very successful at Domestic coaching it seems.

{Ed002's Note - JL extended his contact but a couple of clubs have let it be known they would be interested in taking him after the World Cup. Right now I think a move to Arsenal is unlikely.}

While Wenger is there, are they honestly rivals? We've fallen into the bracket behind them.

i didn't rate Arteta either, But after watching forest embarrass us, i'd take susan boyle in defence instead of the people we pretend are defenders.

I'm not sure why Arsenal fans seem to want to go over something over and over. It's gone. Move on.

StevenUrasclart

{Ed047's Note - does that mean we can’t talk about Wenger leaving? 😉🤣

I'm still amazed when people are paid the obscene amount of money as they are that they still need motivating by someone else.

For me it feels like with 11 we are waiting for someone else in the team to do something, hence constant passing backwords and sideways. and then when down to 10 men or last 10 mins they realise they have to do something, so all remember they can try and influence a game personally instead of passing the responsibility.

Cellebos is a more energenic Elneny, except he does not pass as quickly as Elneny. no goal threat, no creativity but he has a Spanish name and is on Loan from a big club.
