Be interested to know if the situation behind the scenes has improved as things have definitely improved on the pitch. I know Ed previously said there were big problems, and in a recent reply suggested there were some unhappy bunny's. All the chatter from Mikel, players past and present, and media seems to suggest things are all rosey.

{Ed014's Note - I’d agree we had some unhappy bunnies, but only when we had the likes of Auba, Ozil, Mustafi, Guendouzi, Bellerin and Torriera but they’ve all moved on.

If Lokonga is now our only unhappy bunny, which may or may not be the case, I really don’t mind that at all.

The squad seems united with the manager and whilst its been suggested our setup at board room level isn’t ideal it seems to be working fine as far as recruitment goes.

So personally I’m not either bothered nor interested in those suggestions.

Just reading from Ornstein that Edu has turned down approaches from other clubs to stay with us.

Perhaps Ed meant AMN? And there was talk of Gabriel (not Martinelli) being unsettled a while ago.

{Ed014's Note - I just think things are much more together, especially the players, than is being suggested.

Gabriel seems more than happy and AMN isn’t even getting game time at Southampton so I’m going with what I see Sally.

Completely agree ed14. I think the situation under josh's watch has improved compared to when his dad was more involved. Much more cohesion at management level with everyone seeming to be pulling in the same direction now.

Sadly I think the ship has sailed for AMN, I don't see him being able to cut it at the very highest level.

{Ed014's Note - that’s the way I’m seeing it for sure and totally agree on AMN, never considered him as good enough.
