Anyone see how Chambers played today against Crystal Palace?

The comment in a newspaper was 'Chambers struggled on his debut with the pace of Palace's counter-attack'. Chambers was part of Middlesborough's relegation side last time he was loaned out and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he suffers the same fate with Fulham this season. I found it absolutely bizzaire that we extended his contract and then gave him out on loan. Presumably Emery quickly realised how poor he is during the pre-season friendlies. I fail to understand fellow Gooners on this site that criticised my negative comments in respect of his ability or rather lack of it. I repeat my thoughts that he is not PL quality and is best suited to a Championship side.

G62 Clearly you are suffering from an inferiority complex, my comment was in response to another comment and was not aimed as a personal attack at any individual fan. I was heavily criticised on a personal level for my comments in respect of Chambers. Clearly my comments proved accurate as Emery moved him out after assessing him. Bearing in mind we only have 4 fit CB's that was confirmation that he simply isn't good enough. I suggest you watch the extended highlights of Fulham's match and see how poor Chmabers was. He was easily 'rolled' by the Palace scorer of the first goal and was poor throughout the match. I repeat that any Gooner that suggests Chambers is of the necessary quality for a top 4 or even top 6 club hasn't a clue.

No complex RG just an observation of how you try over egg the importance of your own opinion and try to be little other people's mate.
