I think Arsenal's ultimate downfall will be if we rush getting rid of Wenger, and don't have a suitable replacement lined up. There's not many good managers available right now, and Wenger has bought stability to the club.

We should organise a manager to come in at the end of this season or next, and not rush into getting a manager.

Just my opinion.

Rush!. I would take a tin of sardines as a replacement and will very likely to do a better job.
The logic is: No plan is better than a bad plan.

I would think the board have a few irons in the fire regarding wengers future replacement but it wouldn't make sense to reveal in public even if it is a 2 year plan. It would publicly undermine the manager. I think keeping wenger in some capacity at the club would be great with a new manager focusing on team selection coaching and tactics

Normally: I would be in total agreement, however: This man is making diabolical decisions, the like of which I have not seen from a third division manger.
Keeping him in the club at some capacity. what would that be and how is it going to stop him meddling? I can not see a sensible manger would take this position, knowing this idiot is looking over his shoulder.
