Hi eds. Any updates on ramsey? Have any other club shown interest in him?

{Ed001's Note - there is a fair bit of interest in him, so far Arsenal are trying to hold onto him though.}

It wouldn't surprise me if selling ramsey doesn't lead to us getting nzonzi or gomez or both. Keeping him will mean any other incomings will be reliant on what we get for our rejects, when we sell them, if we can sell them.

It's approaching a critical stage in respect of Ramsey and Welbeck, where a decision has to be made, as to whether they will extend their stay or be sold and replaced.
With less than a month to go before the window closes, we have little time in which to sell and replace. Perhaps next week when Welbeck returns from International duty things will start to move. I am not too bothered about either player departing as long as quality replacements are brought in. In Welbeck's case a genuine wide player would be preferable. It will be interesting to see if Emery can bring out the best in Perez, who can play wide and has goals in him.

Thanks Ed, do u expect him to stay or leave please?

{Ed001's Note - I don't know, I would have said leave for defo before Wenger went, but now I have no idea.}

Thanks Ed, do you rate Ramsey by any chance?

{Ed001's Note - yes, he is a very good player when used correctly.}

Ed, would you play Rambo or Ozil? Do you think it’s either or?

{Ed001's Note - not really, they should fit together well. Ramsey likes to make late runs into the box to score, Ozil likes to pick out those runs with passes. The pair should combine well with Torreira behind to protect them. That would be my 3 in midfield as a first choice combination. Then I would work with them constantly until they figured out how to make it work.}

So a disciplined Rambo is the square peg in a square hole - makes sense.

{Ed001's Note - I would say so. He has shown he can be disciplined when played out on the right for the team, so he has got the sense to follow specific instructions. Even if those instructions are to his detriment but for the team's benefit.}
