Hi Eds,
With Coquelin going is there any interest in any defensive midfielders at the moment? I think Xhaka is decent but if he gets injured we don't have any defensive cover.
Not really seen any rumours as of yet. Still pains me we never went near Matic in the summer!

We definitely ned a proper DM still as Xhaka is pretty poor defensivily like all our currnet senior midfielers at tracking oppostion runners. Maitland-Niles may be a option there but he is still young and
un-proven in such a position.

Xhaka isn't anywhere close to decent, he's either invisible or a liability.

Xhaka is an exceptional passer of the ball for 90% of the time, but is usually good for one or two major errors that cause us to concede a goal. I still think he can turn it around, but it's a gamble that is not paying off. Would rather have Wilshere and Ramsey with a DM in a 3 man mid at this stage.

I always thought Jorginho was a potential Santi replacement? We need a destroyer of worlds protecting our back 4!
