The difference is gunner, I wouldn't sell him to citeh. i'd sell him cheaper to someone abroad or i'd make him stay, he will fight, because that's his temperament, he wants the best and he will still want the best in a years time. He knows the only way for that to happen is fight. He won't get what he wants by sulking.

he holds all the cards with a year left. he ends up where he wants too sooner or later. we have got ourselves into this mess and its not good. take the city cash as much as you can get.

Would rather see him go on a free next season than sell him to Chelsea or City now. Anyway he knows he needs to be playjng this season with WC coming up next year. He won't want to train and play in reserves. AFC need to be strong and hold nerve with him this summer.

There's almost no way I could see any club paying £80m for a player who will be 29 soon enough with only a year left of his contract. Prior to the last two years, a player of Sanchez's quality with a year left would fetch around £25-30m, however given the radical increase in figures we're seeing this season I'd say around £50-60m max would be most you'd get and that would be from a PL team.
