Hi Ed’s Iam not sure If this has been asked, but if Chelsea get 4th spot and we both get to the final and Chelsea win do we get the CL spot?

I think I remember reading the europa league winners spot if they have already qualified would go to one of the leagues based on something, I can't remember what and this year that would be france.
